If you're having a summer clearout, this weekend is the time to get those no-longer-wanted items listed on eBay.
That's because it's another free listings weekend on the site, with registered private sellers entitled to list up to 100 items for auction.
Listings can be posted through the site's 'Quick Sell' or 'Advanced Sell' forms, and using the dedicated iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry and Windows Phone apps.
Sellers whose accounts do not meet eBay minimum seller performance standards are not eligible to take part, while listings in the property and cars, motorcycles and vehicles categories are excluded.
As Chris Dawson of Tamebay.com points out, this could be a good time to post items, as lots of people will have time on their hands to make bids, with the Olympics having ended, and the Paralympics yet to start.
