A new worldwide shipping application, or app, takes care of all your concerns about parcel deliveries, it has been claimed.

The app, called Courier Package Delivery Tracking, allows iPhone users to track a parcel to USA or parcel to Germany from their smartphone.

Parcel deliveries from six different worldwide shipping couriers - Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS and USPS - with the app, which can be downloaded free of charge from the iTunes App Store.

All that is needed is a brief description of the product and a tracking number for the parcel.

Technology website Zath.co.uk says the app is useful for keeping track of parcel deliveries from online shopping, and points out that an extended version is available as an in-app purchase, which allows users to track more than three deliveries at once.

The app should prove a success, with more people than ever doing their shopping online.

Indeed, according to Dan Oliver, the editor of .net magazine, the internet is for many people now the main way they shop.
