Another day and still no end in sight to the ever-worsening postal crisis.
People in Glasgow are the latest to suffer, with staff from 12 delivery offices walking out on the job after the Royal Mail sent home drivers without pay for not crossing an official picket line.
Workers in Ayr and Paisley stood in solidarity with the drivers in Glasgow by joining the walkout.
The Royal Mail is furious at the action, calling the workers' actions unlawful and claiming that they are only hurting the company and customers waiting for their post to arrive.
The company added that, these days, consumers have many options to choose from for parcel delivery.
Similar action rocked the postal system on Friday of last week when staff at 14 delivery offices decided to down tools and stand up for what they believe in.
