Vulnerable people are being hit as a result of the Post Office closure programme, a watchdog has complained.
Consumer Focus Wales said that elderly people, those with long term sickness and those on low-incomes had all been affected by the cuts, which had "hindered their ability to access services".
This was due to longer queues and the extra distance customers had to travel between branches unassisted.
The finding comes after figures revealed in parliamentary questions showed a 13 per cent reduction in Post Office branches in the last year alone.
