Talks between Royal Mail bosses and Union leaders will resume today.
It’s in an attempt to avert another 3 days of strike action by postal staff
As many as 120,000 workers are due to walk out on Thursday if an agreement cannot be reached.
The two sides were locked in negotiations for 7 hours yesterday before they were adjourned for work to be done overnight.
The TUC stepped in to mediate.
Its General secretary Brendan Barber has described yesterdays talks as ‘useful’.
