The sale of the communications site Skype is complete.
eBay has sold it for $1.9 billion and an ‘I Owe You’ for $125 million.
The online auction giant will keep a 30% stake.
Altogether the new deal values Skype at $2.75 billion.
Skype channels voice and video calls on the Internet free of charge or for a low rate to landlines and mobile phones.
