Pensioners are losing out online when it comes to shopping bargains, according to new research.
Findings from the Institute for Financial Studies have shown that non-OAPs have increased their spending on communications technology twice as much as pensioners.
The charity Age Concern and Help the Aged said pensioners who didn't have access to the net were missing out on savings and the best bargains online.
Older people can improve their technology skills and start taking advantage of online shopping with a technology taster session. It's part of the itea and biscuits week, running from September the 21st.
