Online customers will now be able to get an expanded range of services from grocery giants Sainsbury's, as the retailer looks to increase it range of services.
Sainsbury's saw its online provisions service grow by 20 per cent in 2010, breaching the five hundred million pound figure.
The company say around 90 per cent of UK households now have the ability to do their shopping over the web through the Sainsbury’s site.
The figures, taken from Sainsbury's end of year results up to March 2010, also stated Sainsbury’s non-food sales had grown three times as fast as food goods.
The document saw Sainsbury's pledge to enhance their web-based commercial channels in order to reach more customers.
