Ofcom is advising people on how to shop safe online.
With more and more of us doing the Christmas shopping on the internet, the telecommunications watchdog has released a video advising shoppers on ordering online.
Its part of Get Safe Online week, which has been set up to raise awareness of the dangers of buying goods on the web.
Their top tips include making sure you have the latest anti-virus software, only buy from well-known sites and use credit cards on purchases over £100.
They also remind consumers they are entitled to a 7-day cooling off period if they change their mind.
Remember with no queuing or time out of your dinner hour, parcel2go.com is a good way to return unwanted Internet purchases.
