The Royal Mail has landed in more hot water amid the national postal strikes, as customers accuse the postal service of misleading them.
It's claimed postmen have been delivering "Sorry you were out" cards to avoid dropping off parcels, forcing residents to pick up their delivery at their local depot.
If these claims are founded the Royal Mail would be in breach of its postal licence and would face a fine.
Industry regulator, Postcomm, says it's investigating these claims.
The alleged malpractice was reported in a letter to The Daily Telegraph.
But a Royal Mail spokesperson says this is definitely not in their policy.
