The disruption caused by nationwide postal strikes is far from over, as sacks of letters and parcels have been left in the street.
It comes ahead of another week of postal strikes across the nation.
Tens of millions of parcels remain undelivered in a backlog of mountainous proportions – and this weekend saw volunteer post office managers sorting post in the street, because Royal Mail delivery offices were shut as a result of the walkouts.
The Royal Mail says it's committed to talking to the union and is calling for an end to the strikes. The national postal service says the workers' actions will damage the business and could see an end to the one-price-goes-everywhere Universal Service.
Today's strikes include action in Cambridgeshire and are scheduled for 24 hours.
