Post offices should be transformed into business hubs around the country to save the ailing Post Office Network.
That's the plea from the Federation of Small Businesses to the Government.
The FSB say small companies are being let down by the Post Office – and they’re a group that give the Post Office the most business with nearly half visiting twice a week.
Unless the Post Office Network reinvents itself and responds to the needs of its customers, its future is uncertain according to the FSB.
There have been 2,500 post office closures since 2007.
