A report that says the Post Office could follow in the footsteps of Woolworths has been published.

It is the result of a 14 month study carried out by the University of Chichester and West Sussex County Council.

The study concludes that the management is losing customer confidence by closing branches and delivering poor service.

Hundreds of people and businesses were questioned in six locations in West Sussex.
