The majority of business and residential customers are more than satisfied with the parcel delivery services they use.
A survey run by global research operators ORC International found that most companies which spend over £5,000 each year on mailing costs, are content with the provisions of the couriers.
The study, commissioned by Postcomm found that Parcel2go clients such as DHL, Citylink, FedEx, and Parcelforce were rated with an average score of 7.6 out of ten.
The firms partaking in the survey gave a similar score when asked if they would recommend these couriers – with an average of 7.7 out of ten, doing so.
The ORC study evaluated its findings by saying that "Customers are satisfied with the service they receive from their mail providers, and that satisfaction is driven by operators' trustworthiness and availability of daily delivery."
