Two of the foremost parcel to USA couriers have joined forces in a bid to make it easier to return goods.
UPS has announced that consumers will be able to make drop returns at any US Postal Service location or personal mailbox.
UPS is rolling out its Returns Flexible Access service to a broader audience, following a positive trial with retailers such as party costume supplier BuySeasons,
BuySeasons vice president of operations Terry Rowinski said his company's work with UPS has allowed it to offer a better service to customers.
Customers of participating retailers will be shipped a parcel with a special label that allows them to drop off the return package at any of 150 million locations.
The news comes hot off the heels of the decision by UPS to expand its international express parcel pick-up and delivery services in Indonesia.
