There are reports today that Royal Mail bosses are trying to encourage workers to cross the picket lines.
Sources are claiming a memo has been sent to the home of some staff members offering to transfer them to new locations or escort them over picket lines.
It’s also claimed in some newspapers, workers have been told they can ditch their uniform and work indoors during strike action.
It comes after the Communication Workers Union confirmed it’s considering legal action over a recent recruitment drive of 30,000 temporary workers to help clear the backlog caused by last week’s walkouts.
