Online lingerie shopping site, Figleaves has been awarded first place for delivery services, in a mystery shopping survey.

The eRetail Benchmark study run by eDigitalResearch, ranked the site at number one out of 58 strongly performing online businesses.

Delivery performance is a category in which Figleaves has always attained the premier ranking, for several consecutive years.

The site is also among the twenty retailers granted a 100 per cent evaluation for delivery punctuality.

Michelle Fuller of eDigitalResearch sez that "Delivery failure was a big problem for early adopters of online shopping."

However, "competition in the online space has meant that businesses have improved their delivery and fulfilment processes."

Supply chain director for Figleaves, Mark Patterson, says he is delighted to see that consumer confidence remains high in their delivery service.
