FACT-Finder, the e-commerce search and navigation specialist, is today launching an i-Phone application, giving retailers access to a virtual shop in their pockets.

FACT-Finder is already the market-leading search and navigation solution for e-commerce in Europe, used by over 700 online shops.

The new application will allow e-retailers to use the system, even though their online platforms might not be compatible with the Apple handset.

It allows any e-retailer to appear on the iPhone by using a three-step template.

This begins with design customisation; followed by connection to the shop’s payment system; and then registration to the iPhone App Store.

The feature is also self-learning, meaning that the list of suggestions reflects the nature of queries typed in.
