eBay has introduced a new complaints procedure.
Paypal used to deal with buyers unhappy with goods they had paid for on the online auction site.
Now there is the eBay Resolution Centre where sellers will see any buyer claims for items.
The site says the biggest change is that eBay may reimburse the buyer without any impact on the seller if it judges that neither party is in the wrong.
Buyers can still choose to use the Paypal system and the new process is yet to be rolled out overseas.
Remember if you need to return unwanted internet purchases, with collection from your work or home address, Parcel2go.com is a great alternative to the Post Office.
