eBay is asking buyers to bear the severe weather conditions in mind when leaving feedback about sellers.

The online auction giant has issued a statement asking customers to consider the impact the snowy weather has had on deliveries across the country.

It suggests sellers inform buyers when their items have been despatched and warn them of potential delays, particularly if they are shipping overseas.
