That's according to an annual report published by Snow Valley.
It looked at 166 online stores and placed orders with 137.
Researchers placed orders through the website and evaluated the delivery process from charges to speed of delivery.
64% of sites offered a ranges of delivery options with customers able to choose from different times and charges.
That's up 10% from 2005.
84% of e-tailers now provide online order tracking services, compared to just 54% in 2005.
