Parcel delivery customers contemplating using Parcel2go client DHL, can find a glowing reference through Annual Asian Freight & Supply Chain Awards.

The event saw DHL's delivery service receive five commendations at the event, held in Shanghai, China.

The courier won Best Express Operator, Best Logistics Service Provider for Airfreight, Ocean Freight and "Project Cargo", as well as Best third-party logistics provider.

The parcel delivery firm's chief executive officer for Asia-Pacific; John Pearson, said DHL is "honoured" to have emerged as the Best Express Operator, as the industry has had a difficult year.

He added: "As we build on our achievements from last year, our focus will continue to be on the customer."

It is more good news for DHL, after it was named the Trusted Official Logistics Partner, for Formula 1 in Montreal.
