There are reports Simon Cowell is looking into legal action after thousands of unofficial Susan Boyle merchandise ended up on eBay.

The Daily Record claims Cowell want to sue people flogging the goods.
He has asked his lawyers to investigate.

Speaking on behalf of Simon Cowell, PR guru Max Clifford said it's 'despicable profiteering'.

According to www.tamebay.com, the official eBay blog, many of the items were CDs, but there were also T-Shirts, cake toppers and even boxer shorts found listed.
