eBay is reinstating it’s dispatch time rating.
The online auction site removed the rating system during the Royal Mail strikes.
It allows buyers to score sellers on the how quickly items are sent out.
As delivery delays were anticipated during the industrial action the website decided it would be an unfair assessment.
Now the strikes have been called off, it’s reinstating the system on the 23rd of November.
But some customers are reporting that they have received penalties during the strike action.
A spokesperson for eBay says anyone who thinks they have been affected should contact their account manager.
And with collection from your home or work address Parcel2go.com is a great alternative to the post office.
