Amazon UK's been named the best online retailer for customer satisfaction, according to a new survey.

The study by ForeSee Results found the company came top for functionality, price, merchandise and content, getting an overall score of 83.

That's ahead of Play.com and QVC UK.

But customers weren't as happy with the service from Ticketmaster or B&Q, which came bottom of the list, with just 65 points each.

Overall though online shoppers are happier with retailers in general, with satisfaction up 6% on last year.

ForeSee Results are warning companies though to keep up the momentum, as the UK's still trailing behind the US for internet shopping.
