Busy mums keen to get fit may want to use parcel delivery services to get their hands on a Wii Fit Plus.

The Wii Fit Plus gaming system from Nintendo is ideal for busy mothers who are eager to find the time to exercise but lead hectic lives, it has been noted.

According to a spokesperson for Wii Fit Plus, the system is designed for those without the time to go to the gym, "whether they have small babies or pre-school babies, or school kids or anything else that keeps them in the house".

Busy mums may also find it hard to get a spare second to head out to the shops to buy Wii Plus Fit, but in this instance, online shopping and parcel delivery can help.

Mums can use the console to work on specific areas of their body that they are unhappy with, such as untoned tummies or hips and legs.

New mum Jennifer Hudson, star of Dreamgirls, recently told the Press Association that she is in the best shape she has ever been following the birth of her son and subsequent diet plan.
