Researchers from the University of Leicester are to analyse Twitter.Parcel delivery businesses looking to make the most of their social media marketing may want to pay close attention to a new study from the University of Leicester.Researchers from the university are to look at the tweets of top celebrity Twitter users in order to establish differences with Facebook.Some 15,000 posts will be analysed in the social networking site to see how the celebrities interact with their audiences.Dr Ruth Page will examine 30 well-known tweeters as part of her research into social media platforms."Through social media, millions of people are telling their own stories every day in status updates, tweets and blogs," she explained."Social media is a phenomenon of our time so it is important to make sense of it.
