Social media profiles need to be kept updated.

"Offer content targeted to a specific audience. Carve out and cultivate your niche by offering readers something they can use: tips, tools, advice, links, feedback. Leverage your experience and expertise into a shared resource," the website implores.
It goes to explain that building a social media profile takes time and effort, with a certain amount of each day needing to be set aside to update profiles.
