The re-opening of a post office service in Scarborough has been delayed by issues related to paperwork.Plans to re-open a post office in Scarborough have been affected by delays relating to paperwork, it has been revealed.Cloughton post office is set to open its doors once more after over a year out of action following the resignation of its subpostmaster last May.Scarborough Evening News reports that the twice-a-week postal service will now be run from St Mary's Church Hall, but local people may still need parcel delivery alternatives in the short term as the opening has been delayed.The church's Reverend Liz Kitching told the newspaper: "Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the processing of the paperwork which has taken rather longer than we expected.
