Technological failures are just one of many issues.Rural Post Offices in the county of Northumberland are still encountering problems more than a year after a review of services was launched.Technological failures at outreach services have been a particular problem, the Morpeth Herald reported, which could encourage people to use Post Office alternatives for their parcel delivery needs.At Northumberland County Council's Communities Scrutiny Committee this week, local councillors highlighted their concerns to Jane Brigshaw, the Post Office regional network development manager.Ponteland councillor Richard Dodd highlighted outreach services as being a particular area of concern."The outreach service is not that brilliant.
