Parcel2Go is celebrating after winning the Online Business of the Year gong at the T-Mobile Fast Growth Business Awards.
Parcel2Go, one of the UK's largest parcel delivery companies, has seen off stiff competition to win the Online Business of the Year accolade at the T-Mobile Fast Growth Business Awards.
The firm beat Quayside Clothing and Media Ingenuity to win the prize, with the judges highlighting the company's strong growth.
Fil Adams-Mercer, founder of Parcel2Go, said the award highlights all of the hard work put in by employees.
"Over the last years our business has gone from strength-to-strength as more and more users opt to use the cost savings and convenience of an online delivery service," he added.
The judges deciding the award included Will King, founder of King of Shaves, Julie Mayer, founder and chief executive of Ariadne Capital and Matthew Riley, chief executive of Daisy Group.
A crucial factor in making a parcel delivery business successful is to be innovative with the products and services which it offers, RoadTransport.com reported Walter Blackwood, former managing director of HDNL, as saying.
