Customers are getting newly fitted Post Office stores in three locations in Wales.
Parcel deliveries are being disrupted in Wales at the moment, as Post Offices in the country are renovated.
The Post Office has said that one store, at Penparcau, Aberystwyth, will only be closed for a week, while two other facilities, at Devil's Bridge and Borth, will not be finished until March.
Officials at the company apologised for any disruptions, but said that customers would benefit in the long-run.
Peter Edwards, the sub-postmaster at Penparcau, said: "We shall be replacing the counter, laying a new floor, a new ceiling with lighting and new signage, which will make it a great experience for our customers. We are all very excited."
Funding for the branches, which aims to improve the services for customers, including parcel delivery, was gained from the Welsh assembly government.
Elsewhere in the country, in Enfield, Middlesex, those awaiting parcel delivery have been told that the service will improve as the weather conditions become less severe.
