Those who use the internet to buy items are more demanding than some other types of customer, a survey has shown.Those who regularly shop online and make use of parcel delivery services could be more demanding as a result of the wide range of products they can access online, a new survey has suggested.According to findings from 1&1 Internet, 65 per cent of consumers are now more demanding as a result of online shopping.In total, one in three of those polled said that online shops are just as important to the UK as traditional bricks and mortar high street stores.The study also revealed Britain to be a nation of online shopping fans, with half saying they regularly buy from stores which purely have an online presence. And Brits are certainly a picky bunch, with 48 per cent saying they expect all firms to have a website.And should a shopper decide to use the internet to stock up on the latest fashion items or to do their grocery buying, they will be in the company of Cheryl Cole, who recently admitted to loving online retail in an interview with Harper's Bazaar.
