New parcel delivery services added to eBay have been removed following customer feedback.Parcel delivery options that were brought in to aid Canadian eBay sellers in the US market have been removed from the auction site.Three new shipping service options had been brought in to help sellers in Canada show estimated delivery times to the US.The new options; Economy Shipping to United States, Standard Shipping to United States and Expedited Shipping to United States, were brought in at the end of August to a poor reception from sellers.Problems with the new services included making the selling experience more confusing without adding value and a much lower than expected uptake, forcing the company to remove them quickly."We believe this change creates a better selling experience on eBay.ca in the short term.
