The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has revealed that delivery offices across the entire capital will hold 24-hour strikes over the coming days, along with sites in the Midlands and further afield. In addition, all of the UK could be affected by industrial action involving drivers across the Royal Mail network, which will take place on September 16th. Postal services in Scotland will not be immune from the action either, as offices in Ayr, Irvine, Kilmarnock and Kilwinning are set to strike on Friday (September 18th).
