Men are in love with social media, a survey has suggested.Parcel delivery and courier services could well find that it is men who are talking about them on sites like Facebook and Twitter.A survey from StudyLogic has found that men say they are less able to manage with access to their online social networks.The results, detailed by eMarketer, reveal that over 42 per cent of men and 35 per cent of women indicated they cannot live without social media when faced with the prospect of being without it while travelling.Young people say they are the least able to manage without access to social media, with over 53 per cent admitting that they would not like to go without their Facebook fix.The news comes after a poll carried out by Pew Research revealed that the countries with the biggest social media use are the US, UK and Poland.Again the researchers noted that use of sites like Foursquare and MySpace was highest among young people.Posted by Laura RathboneArticle Added: 21/12/2010 15:57:31
