Four year old was distraught after her mail appeared to have been tampered with.A four-year-old girl was left heartbroken on Valentine's Day after a necklace was allegedly taken from a card her grandmother sent her.Grace Curry told the Londonderry Sentinel that her granddaughter loves receiving mail and so decided to send her a Valentine's card with a necklace inside.However, when the card arrived it appeared to have been tampered with and the piece of jewellery was missing, which may encourage others to use Post Office alternatives for their parcel delivery needs.Ms Curry told the newspaper that her granddaughter was distraught when the letter arrived minus the present."The necklace had no monetary value. It's just the fact that the envelope had been tampered with.
