There is no right time to start up a business, according to the Forum of Private Businesses.Now could be the ideal time to start an eBay business sending parcel deliveries, after the Forum of Private Business (FPB) said there is never a right or a wrong time to start up a business. The comments come after a recent survey carried out on behalf of Hiscox that found almost a quarter (23 per cent) of students is now running or about to launch their own enterprise. Nearly one in three claim that the main motivator is as shortage of jobs around for graduates at the moment. Phil McCabe, a spokesperson for the FPB, said that entrepreneurship is a serious and viable career choice. "In terms of whether it is the right time, there is no right time, there is no wrong time. Obviously we are still facing quite difficult recessionary conditions even though we have come out of the recession," he explained.
