Elderly Post Office users have struggled with the new system.
The new seating and ticketing system introduced at the Oxebode Post Office in Gloucester city centre have confused many elderly people in the area, which may encourage them to use alternative parcel delivery services in future.
Some residents have given the changes the thumbs up, however, there are others who have preferred the old system, thisisgloucestershire.co.uk reported.
Halina Kwiatkowski, 54, told the news provider that she was happier with the previous setup and said that many elderly users have had to seek assistance.
"I preferred it as it was. I think it's confusing. People, especially the elderly, have had to ask for help. I don't think elderly people would get the gist of it," she added.
Locals in Colchester recently claimed the new queuing system introduced at the town's main Post Office is confusing and chaotic, with many having to wait longer for their parcel delivery needs, the Daily Gazette reported.
