He suggests that parcel delivery firms that charge too much for shipping and handling are "always a downer".

These are just a couple of tips that the author suggests is a key area for eBay buyers.

He added that buyers also put a premium on communication, item description and price.

These contribute to building a good reputation that will see customers returning to a particular seller's products.

"Take good care of your eBay seller reputation. Negative feedback from eBay buyers can tarnish your store's image," he explained.

His comments come after eBay released a few tips of their own to help eBay sellers market their goods successfully.
