A leading parcel delivery firm has signed a deal to distribute biomedical equipment on behalf of Beckman Coulter.Courier firm DHL has agreed a deal with Beckman Coulter to deliver its range of biomedical equipment to locations across the world.Under the terms of the contract, the parcel delivery firm will distribute the firm's products from the US to over 200,000 laboratories across the globe that use clinical diagnostic systems supplied by Beckman Coulter.DHL was apparently chosen due to its shipment visibility and proof of delivery processes.Rick Stark, vice-president of global multinational customers at DHL, said the firm would help its latest client "succeed"."DHL is committed to meeting individual customer needs and to facilitating customs clearance for time-critical cross-border shipments in an often complex international regulatory environment," he added.Last week, it was revealed that FedEx Express is a sponsor of the 2009 French Open tournament, which is currently taking place at Roland-Garros.Article Added: 02/06/2009 15:35:40
