Dell is taking its social media engagement on several stages with a new listening centre.A major computer manufacturer is to keep track of all comments made about it on sites like Facebook and Twitter.Dell has unveiled its Social Media Listening Command Centre, where the company will monitor more than 22,000 Dell-related topic posts.Whether it is a mention of the parcel delivery or courier service involved in shipping the PC, or discussions of technical problems with hardware, Dell will be listening.The firm is using a system called Radian6, which can monitor the web in 11 different languages.Announcing the launch on the Dell blog, Lionel Menchaca from the firm said: "It's no secret that more customers around the world are using social media to stay in touch with friends and family.
