A leading parcel delivery services firm is celebrating the fifth anniversary of its launch in the UK.

Parcel delivery services firm TNT Post has revealed it is celebrating the fifth anniversary of its launch in the UK.

The company, which originally began operating in August 2004, now has a 14 per cent market share and also delivers over 2.5 billion items of mail annually.

In addition, it has made inroads in both the public and private sector, with clients ranging from Barclays, Centrica, BT to Shropshire County Council and Solihull Community Housing.

Nick Wells, chief executive of TNT Post, thanked all of the company's customers and partners for their contribution since its UK launch.

He added: "We have made great progress, but we will not sit back and be complacent."

Earlier this year, TNT Post was celebrating after being ranked ahead of Royal Mail in the recent Business Superbrand survey carried out by YouGov.
