eBay sellers might find some cash cows at the back of the wardrobe as vintage clothing is in fashion.

Brits ordering a parcel delivery of 1970s fashion from eBay may be part of a growing vintage fashion trend.

Anyone who has held onto their flares from the decade of T-Rex and David Cassidy may be sitting on some cash as these are now very much a must-have, according to TV presenter and fashion writer Louise Roe.

Apparently, fashionistas are looking for flares, just about anything high-waisted and denim items, she said.

She suggested that for those who don't want to hang onto their old clothes or find a good home for them on eBay, then donating to a charity shop is always a good option.

According to research from Marks and Spencer and Oxfam, one in five of us is a hoarder who just can't bear to throw anything away, while seven per cent of Brits still own clothes they wore in the 1970s.
